About Aimee Lewis Counselling
Things happen in life which can leave you feeling confused, bringing up thoughts and feelings which can feel uncomfortable and difficult to make sense of.
I’m Aimee Lewis, a professional qualified counsellor working with those aged 16 and above. I can provide counselling and therapy sessions to help you work through difficult times that you’re experiencing.
You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma or grief, seeking counselling can help you through your struggles. I also specialise in Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and other hormonal triggered struggles.
When working with you, I will sit with you in a compassionate and supportive space, where you can explore and work through your thoughts and feelings, with no judgements or opinions.
Counselling offers the chance to explore your struggles, relationships, emotions and life experiences, if that is what you wish process in order for your life to be as you want it to be.
Alongside my independent counselling, I am also proud to be a counsellor for the charity, Don’t Lose Hope.
As well as face to face counselling I am also a walking therapist. Being outside amongst nature provides a different space for counselling bringing emotional health, wellbeing and nature together.

When working with you through your counselling journey, it’s important for me to create an environment that you feel safe in. A confidential environment with no judgements for you to feel comfortable.
My counselling services are available both remotely and within the Peterborough and surrounding areas.
I have created a safe space within my counselling room within Peterborough. I can also offer outside, walking therapy. This is your journey so I will work with you so you feel as comfortable as possible.
